CHRISTMAS EXHIBITION

Pioneers of in-house selling exhibitions Hallidays Fine Antiques Limited have joined forces with Cambridge Fine Art to hold their traditional Christmas exhibition over the weekend of Friday 30th November to Sunday 2nd November.
Visitors will be welcomed with a glass of champagne and delicious canapés and can browse through Hallidays spacious showrooms to view their exceptional range of fine quality period antique furniture and smaller decorative items.
Hallidays are delighted to be hosting this event with fellow dealers Cambridge Fine Art who like Hallidays is still very much a family run business established since 1971 and who specialise in oil paintings from 1650-1930. They too are well known for their own exhibitions and regularly exhibit at all the prominent National Antique Fairs. Director Nick Lury has promised to bring a number of paintings of local scenes including views of the Thames.
Other invited guests include Karel Weijand an established and prominent dealer of antique and decorative carpets, Neil Hooper of Wooden Bygones showing a fascinating range of treen and decorative wooden antiques of the 18th & 19th century many of which he has selected exclusively to sell at the exhibition. Mano Vayis dealing in 17th – 19th century tapestries, needlework and cushions as well as small decorative antiques and furniture and also Nicola Appleby who produces irresistible pieces of jewellery, each individual from unique polished stones through to diamond encrusted rings & necklaces. Exhibiting with Hallidays for the first time will be BACA Award winner Nicholas Shaw Antiques with fine and rare antique silver.
