The Thames Valley Antiques Dealers Association has been established for over 20 years and represents 250 members providing all the intelligence and variety expected of its experienced and talented individuals.

For one weekend only in April, there will be an exciting and unusual new TVADA event, uniquely held across six spectacular and historic different locations all within a small geographical area in the heart of the Thames Valley.

Come and indulge your passion for the finest in design and decoration, discuss your interior room schemes with BBC’s “Cash in the Attic” expert Jonty Hearnden at Dorchester Antiques who will be launching a new bespoke interior design element to his business. Meet some of the most prestigious antiques dealers including Summers Davis, Hallidays Fine Antiques Ltd and Marcelline Herald displaying their exceptional stock of fine period furniture. Martin Murray with distinctive country furniture and pottery and superb oil paintings from Cambridge Fine Art.

There will be a large selection of clocks from The Clock Workshop, Barometers from Alan Walker and eye-catching textiles from Clive Rogers. Messums, the specialists in British Impressionist, Modern British and Contemporary painting and sculpture will be showing some of their most stunning contemporary art, and sculpture within the fabulous Country Seat’s mediaeval tithe barn alongside signed and designed jewellery by Amita Vetta.

In nearby Tetsworth, home to Britain’s premier Antiques centre The Swan which boasts a further 40 showrooms of fine quality antiques, there is the opportunity to sample the cuisine of the renowned Head Chef Tetsworth who is offering a special lunch and dinner. And from their new outpost at Milton Common LASSCO offers its impressive architectural stonework and garden ornaments laid out over two acres.

Each premises will be overflowing with inspirational contemporary art, sculpture and jewellery from today’s most esteemed artists and designers and an enormous range of beautiful and intriguing collections from a variety of antiques dealers producing a wonderful alternative opportunity for interior designers, collectors and enthusiasts.

The event runs from Friday 25th April 10-6, Saturday 26th April 10-6, Sunday 27th April 10-5.
